Personalized Activity Planning

Activity recommendations are based on individual needs. Each client begins with a customized health and movement assessment designed by Dr. Lannette Fetzer, DNP, CRNP, FNP-BC, CHC, MS in collaboration with the client’s Primary Care Provider (PCP) if applicable.
Together, we work through six core areas of planning:

  • Where to Begin:

    Identifying the safest, most encouraging starting point for your current health status.

  • What to Do:

    Creating realistic, sustainable activity strategies based on your PCP’s recommendations.

  • How Often:

    Building consistent, manageable routines that create momentum over time.

  • In Addition To:

    Exploring complementary strategies such as walking, mindfulness, or meal planning that support your physical progress.

  • Intensity:

    Determining the level of exertion that’s appropriate for you — based on real data and your comfort.

  • Duration:

    Mapping out a long-term, achievable plan that grows with you and adapts to your changing needs.
